Return policy
We carefully source and select products to meet your needs, so we are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase from MISTPAVILION. However, we do understand that sometimes you may have different expectations of a product and although it is highly unlikely that this will happen, if you do, please be aware of the following terms relating to product returns.
- After receiving the package, please be sure to open the package at the first time to check the goods. All of our parcels have standardized uniform packaging. If you find any obvious damage or repacking before signing for the parcel, please make sure that the courier of the carrier indicates that the parcel's outer package is damaged on the delivery note they take back; and immediately take photos at the delivery site before signing for the parcel (failure to indicate this will result in the default of signing for the parcel without any abnormality of the outer package, which will lead to fruitless claims). In case of the above situation or other problems, please keep the complete inner and outer packaging (including the carrier's packaging) and contact our customer service to assist you in handling or following up the related matters within the effective period of processing to ensure the rights and interests of each other.
- The validity period for processing the return or exchange is within 48 hours from the normal date of successful delivery as shown on the carrier's official website. In view of the special nature of tobacco products, packages that have exceeded the validity period for processing will not be accepted, regardless of the issue.
- MISTPAVILION reserves the right to cancel an order for the goods in question prior to the formation of a contract of sale with you, and upon cancellation of the order, the amount you have paid will be refunded to your payment account. In addition, we cannot guarantee that the goods you wish to purchase in the order information submitted by you will be in stock, and you have the right to cancel your order if the goods you wished to purchase in advance are out of stock.
- For goods eligible for return or exchange, please make sure to keep the original parcel of goods (inner and outer box packaging, logos and number of cigars, etc.) and its outer packaging and all the accompanying complete package, do not miss any packaging or damage to the outer box of the body; returned goods can not be restored to its original condition, may affect the right of return or need to bear part of the cost. We will not accept the return of any missing or damaged items, and the actual return arrangement will depend on the entry and exit regulations of the country or region.
- After our quality management department to confirm the existence of quality problems and meet the conditions of return, please return the goods to be returned fully packaged within 2 days from the day of customer service confirmation (or the day after confirmation). Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will provide you with a refund or resend the goods, and all return shipping and related costs will be borne by the customer.
- For refund: We will deduct the first postage fee for the refunded package: USD$18/package; USD$36/two packages; and so on (e.g. USD$54 for 3 packages), i.e. total price of refunded goods - the first postage fee = the actual refund amount. For resend: We will only bear the postage fee for the second resend, any other costs incurred for the resend package will be borne by the customer.
- Upon return or exchange, we will not refund the taxes and fees associated with the importation of the parcel. If you choose to exchange the product, you will also need to pay the import duties and charges at the destination again.
- Returned international packages marked as "Refused" or "Unsigned": If you refuse to pay the local customs duties, or the associated costs incurred as a result of this, we will deduct the appropriate amount and the return shipping costs from your refund upon receipt of your returned package. If your package is confiscated or discarded by local customs, we will not refund you. Likewise, if a shipment marked as "refused" or "unsigned for" is returned damaged, we will not refund the damaged merchandise or the purchase price. We reserve the right to charge a 10% handling fee on the value of any order items returned as "Rejected" or "Unsigned", and will not refund the cost of shipping the order by mail.
