I. Time limit for shipment
- In order to provide you with a better shopping experience, after your order is paid, we will arrange for a suitable carrier to ship your order, which will take 3 to 5 business days. This shipping time is 3 to 5 business days. We usually use the "Express Mail Service" of each country's postal service, and you can check the actual carrier on the order tracking page.
 - In case of special circumstances, the delivery time will be delayed, we will update the notification on the homepage and email.
 
II. Time limit for delivery
The products displayed on this website are stored in overseas warehouses, and the entire delivery process takes approximately 7 to 12 business days. In case of legal holidays in the place of shipment or reception, the delivery time will be postponed. The delivery time is subject to customs clearance, security checks, force majeure and other factors, as well as the size of the territory of each destination country or region.
Note: Tobacco products are susceptible to moisture, so please sign for them promptly.
III. Delivery instructions
Some carriers will provide complete customs clearance services, including payment of taxes on behalf of the customer, so the taxes will be paid on arrival and the carrier will notify the addressee of the amount of taxes before delivery. If the customer refuses to pay the tax, the parcel will not be delivered to the customer and the customer renounces the parcel. In some countries or regions, the local carriers will advance the import taxes (such as customs duty, VAT, consumption tax, etc.) and generate corresponding service fees for the part of tax advance, the customer needs to pay the taxes advanced by the carrier and corresponding service fees to the carrier at the same time when signing for the parcel. If the customer refuses to pay, we will not be able to waive this fee and the customer will be responsible for it, and the goods purchased by the customer may be returned or destroyed. We shall not be liable for any return shipment, destruction or loss resulting from the customer's refusal to pay.
To ensure a smooth customs clearance process, please verify that the recipient's cell phone number and the name on the valid ID are accurate and the information is consistent.
We are not responsible for delayed delivery if the order is delayed or undeliverable due to the following circumstances:
- This is due to incorrect information you have provided, lack of address details, etc;
 - Goods are delivered and no one signs for them, resulting in non-delivery or delayed delivery;
 - You have violated the provisions of the customs clearance policy and have been returned or forfeited by customs;
 - Your failure to submit or submit customs clearance procedures on time results in delays and hold-ups in the delivery of merchandise;
 - caused by the carrier or a third party;
 - Resulting from a change of circumstances factor;
 - caused by force majeure factors, such as natural disasters, traffic martial law, sudden war, epidemics, strikes, government regulation or cyber attacks.
 
All delivery times listed on this website are reference times only. The reference times are calculated based on the estimated inventory status of the merchandise seller, normal processing, customs clearance time and delivery time, delivery location and other factors, and we do not make any promises about delivery times. The goods you order on this website are delivered by us through a carrier. You acknowledge and agree that once we deliver the goods you ordered to the carrier, it means that you have entered into a transportation agency agreement with the carrier and a legal relationship of transportation agency contract has been formed. Accordingly, title to and risk of loss of such merchandise passes to you when we deliver it to the carrier.
IV. Customs clearance instructions for international parcels
Customs of your country or region of destination may require the recipient to handle international parcel customs clearance, and all import taxes, duties, etc. and related handling fees are to be handled and borne by you.
Therefore, we recommend that you first contact your local customs agency for customs clearance before placing an order with us in order to confirm all the above import related taxes and fees.
Usually carriers will contact you directly by sending SMS, telephone contact or letter notification of the arrival of their parcels and detailed information about import duties. There are two main types:
- Total amount of taxes directly notified: Taxes vary from country to country and region to region depending on the value of the parcel, but in general the message is a notification of the arrival of the goods, stating the amount of tax and how to pay it.
 - Fill out and submit the relevant declaration online: After the notification of arrival, the customs or carrier requires the recipient to go through the procedures of tax payment and customs clearance, and will generally require the submission of valid identification documents, payment records and proof of purchase (to prove the value of the parcel), the details of which are in accordance with the requirements of your local customs office.
 
At the time of pick-up, you may be required to sign an acknowledgement of receipt of the products, whereby you hereafter assume sole responsibility for the products ordered. If the recipient or collector is not the original purchaser, or in the case of a sent gift, you accept his/her signature as proof of delivery and fulfillment of your order by MISTPAVILION, and you accept the transfer of the relevant responsibility in the same way.
Note: We will not refund the above import-related taxes and fees when returning or exchanging an item. If you choose to exchange the item, you will also need to pay the import-related taxes and fees at the location/destination again; we are not responsible for the import-related taxes and fees involved.
